Curse client and lack of info

Any chance this database will record what drops the items? I'm aware it shows it sometimes but probably 90% of the listings do not show what mob dropped the item. Doing a search for items makes it kinda of pointless unless you just want to know what exists. Unless the item name hints where it comes from you aren't going to know.

Well I think we are about 40% covered on items and where they drop. Most items are work order items or craftable items. If an item says "xxx style" that means it's a crafted item afaik. Vanguard isn't doing too hot which means we have fewer people collecting information than we'd want.

Yeah, I know which stuff is crafted and which is dropped. I mostly do searches for dropped/quested items I know exist.

For instance yesterday I was browsing over my class(Shaman) spell drops. There's about 6-7 items listed and none of them show what dropped it. Just curious as to how someone's client records finding the item but not what it was looted off of.

Could be from a lot of sources, item links, auctions and so on.
