"Contributions" not working?

I looked at my profile and saw that I had no contributions. I'm ok with that; I'm not a power gamer, but I've clicked on links from items that said they were discovered by <whomever>, to find that <whomever's> profile said THEY had no contributions either.

Is that section of the website working?

Discovered by dremoor, yet dremoore's profile lists no contributions. Updated by kryshael, and same thing; no contributions listed.

It's being worked on. There was an issue with the rate people were discovering and updating stuff and it would have potentially overloaded the database. I think it's still in for WoW but it's off for Vanguard. We still know who discovered what and who last updated what. Once we come up with a better scheme for keeping track of contributions it'll be reactivated.

I really Hope that One day soon the Contributions system will be up and running again. Especially since the Outlands and everything like that has so many new and exciting things to find... I used to be able to have several discoveries every time I played. However, I kinda feel cheated a bit as I am sure others do because I think everyone likes to know they have contributed to the database of items found throughout the game of Warcraft.
