I'm on this quest but I'm stuck? What do I need to buy? Infineum Martial Staff Head? Infineum Staff head? Infineum Rod Head? And what else do I need for that guy to help me make this Necro weapon??

All you need is to talk to the smith near your quest npc. He will tell you all the stuff needed.
