quest search by continent, or location, not chunk

Is it possible to search quests by continents or a bit broad area then chunk? May be the chunk selected and the adjacent zones? We can provide adjacent zone list so that a join statement does the job?

I can do adjacent zones pretty easily I'll see about getting this in today or tomorrow
