hey guys this morning the tool has been saying unkown user name or password, it seemed to happen after i changed the email on my account.

Hmm sounds like one of the active flags were dropped then. I'm not familiar with the webparts but running a quick query against the database verifies that your account isn't active.

You should have a new activation email at the updated email account. Follow that link and the account is reactivated.

Make sure you also check your spam folder. If after 24h you still can't find it please let me know.
