Character Equipment not updating?

I'm not sure why, but my vanguard character's equipment is not updating, some of it shows and the rest doesn't.

Also, is the quest tracking stuff working properly?

Well, it seems to be showing all my equipment.

But I am still wondering about the questing data.

You have to be more specific about what quest data you mean. It should track everything afaik.
