woven swamphibian skin

i need woven swamphibian skin to upgrade my armor as a BM.is this item crafted ?

I think it's a lootable item, I am sure I've had some before. The places I remember are around the rivers on Qalia where there are the Lizardmen.

Remember this is just me going on memory and that's not great :)

Lets me guess you need the woven swamphibian skin to upgrade your gorgalok armor to heroic ? (After last patch every item was updated to rare and the upgraded version to heroic)

You just need and lvl 45 Tailor with some gorgalok faction and you can buy the recipe for this near the quartermaster.

The crafter will need 1x Mature Vielthread Bale in order to do this. Also according to my crafter, lvl45 is way too low to make this item (my crafter failed 6 out of 7 when he was lvl47), so a forewarning before asking your crafter about making the item.
