Suggestion: Chunk in Quest search

It'd be nice to be able to search quests by level, and have the results also display the Chunk they're in.

It's hard to do, as quests can have multiple chunk sources.. gets to be quite db heavy

The quest database doesn't have the quest start location ( chunk ) as a single entry? Which means that in order to display the quest start location, it has to search the chunk database for entries containing the quest name?

Basically, some quests can start with multiple entities, across different zones, same for endings.. I could make it show the first match of where it starts, but other than that it would be difficult. That's really why I added the chunk search option for it.

I'm hoping to break down the atlas here very soon to make it so you can easily know where you want to go, and where you want to quest at certain levels easily viewable by color on the map

That would be an awesome feature.

You could select a level range (i.e. 17 - 19) and the Qalia/Thestra/Kojan map would be displayed with dots on all locations where you can get quests in this range. Would make it so much easier to find all the "hidden" quest camps or give ideas where to go next.

It whould be really nice if you somehow could see what quests that are linked so you can see what quests you unlock when you finish one.

The only way you can really see a link is by looking at what quests a npc has available. In the game there's no actual relationship between quests. I'd like to know why the hell I can't see what i get from completing a finishing or refining recipe in game.

I cant see what quests a NPC have i can only see what quests there is in the chunk. Maybe you could add a list of quests connected to that NPC since you can see what NPC that gives out the quest it should work to show it the other way around.

That way it whould work to see most followup quests. The only thing missing is posts from us to add the rest in comments :)
