Description
Krellan says, "I've been hearing whispers that the miners have unearthed something... a statue of some kind. The bosses have pushed the boys to keep working on their mining, but I'm not sure if everyone's so happy about that. One of the miners has refused to do any work until they finish digging the statue out. His name is Bilmar Stormbrew."
"I'd like you to go speak to Bilmar about this artifact, because it would look suspicious if I did it. You can find him standing at the statue's base."
