Rahz Inkur

Faction is acquired by purchasing items from 1 of 2 merchants located inside Afrit. The merchants only accept Bag of Seering Stones as payment. Stones are dropped from various mobs around Afrit and Rahz, 50 stones combine to equal 1 bag.

I've observed 50 faction points (Var Efreet) for each bag used in a purchase, or 1 faction point per Seering Stone. As you increase faction by purchasing items the merchant will start selling you higher level items.
